All three of these forms must be completed prior to students
trying out for any sport. Completed forms can be scanned
to Natasha-Brown@scusd.edu or
can be turned into the office once school reopens in August 2021.
SCUSD Math Level Challenge
Process Letter for students who feel they are
capable of “skipping” a math level. We are not promoting that
students skip, just letting parents & students know the steps to
take should they desire that opportunity.
